New Product #
Follow the steps below to add a new product to your system:
Navigate to Settings
- At the top of your screen, locate and click on the Settings option in the top navigation bar.
Access Product Categories
- Within the Settings menu, select Product Categories. This will open the product category management section.
Add a New Product
- Click on the Add New + button. This will open a new product entry form.
Enter Product Name
- In the provided field, type the name of the product you want to add.
Select Product Type
- Choose a product type from the dropdown menu. Available options include:
- Bulk
- Keepfill
- Easyfill
- Buckets
- Non-inventory
- Service
Include Product in Gallon Count Averages (Optional)
- If applicable, check the box labeled Include product quantity in gallon count averages. This option will include the product in your average gallon count calculations.
Add Notes
- On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a notes section. Use this area to add any relevant notes or details about the product.
Autosave Feature
As you make changes and enter information, the system automatically saves your progress. There is no need to manually save your entries, as the Autosave feature ensures all details are preserved in real-time.
