Deactivate a Staff User Account

After you’ve created a staff record, you will need to grant them login access.

Navigate to Staff / HR

Navigate to Staff by selecting Management > HR

Select the user account you wish to deactivate.

Click De-activate User .

A confirmation pop-up will appear with the following message:
“User will NOT be able to access the database. Are you sure?”

Options:

  • Cancel: Cancels the operation without making any changes.
  • OK: Confirms the action and deactivates the account.

Once confirmed, the user’s account will be marked as deactivated and their access to the database will be restricted immediately.
