Navigate to Staff by selecting Management > HR
Click +NEW to add a staff member
Enter Personal Information:
- First Name: Input the person’s first name.
- Last Name: Enter the person’s last name.
- Date of Birth: Provide the person’s date of birth.
- Hire Date: Enter the date the person was hired.
- Termination Date: If applicable, input the termination date.
- Phone Number: Add the person’s phone number.
- Yearly PTO: Enter the yearly Paid Time Off (PTO) allocation.
- Company Email: Input the company email
- Personal Email: Add the person’s personal email address.
Enter Preferences:
- Default Shops: Select the default shops the person will be associated with.
- Default Landing Page: Choose the default landing page (e.g., Dashboard, Stores, Services).
- Default Store View: Select the default store view (e.g., Master, List, Schedule, Calendar).
- Default Service View: Choose the default service view (e.g., Master, List, Schedule, Calendar).

–Dashboard
The Dashboard serves as the central hub for your account management. It provides a quick overview of key metrics and activities, allowing users to monitor performance and track important updates. Typical features may include:
- Performance Indicators: Quick stats on sales, customer engagement, or service requests.
- Alerts & Notifications: Updates on urgent tasks, reminders, or upcoming events.

The Stores section is dedicated to managing physical or online store locations. Here, users can add, edit, and monitor stores, including:
- Store Information: Details such as name, address, and contact information.
- Store Status: Management of the store’s operational status (Active, Inactive, etc.).
- Inventory Management: Oversight of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Sales Tracking: Insights into sales performance per store.
- Staff Assignments: Information on staff assigned to each store.
