Activate / Deactivate a Staff User Account

After you’ve created a staff record, you will need to grant them login access.

Navigate to Staff / HR

Navigate to Staff by selecting Management > HR

Enter Login/Access Information:

  • Account Name: Input the account username. This is what the user will use to access the program
  • Password: Set a temporary password for the account. The user will be forced to reset their password upon first login.
  • Privilege Set: Choose the appropriate privilege set for the account based on access level. Set privilege details below

Indicate Permissions & Roles:

  • Privilege Sets:
    • Admin – master access. can access payroll and modify other Staff / HR accounts. Can enable / disable other users access to the system
    • Management – Can access management features such as reporting and accounts receivable.
    • Driver – basic access. can view all deliveries and service orders.
  • Use the checkboxes to assign permissions to the account:
    • Driver – used to filter the list of active drivers for deliveries
    • Tech – used to filter the list of service technicians for service orders
    • Can Close Service Orders – gives a user permission to close service orders
