Email Invoice Settings #

Add Email Invoice Subject:

  • Locate the field for Email Invoice Subject.
  • Enter the desired subject line for your invoice emails. This is typically something like:
    • “Invoice from [Your Company Name]”
    • “Your Invoice #[Invoice Number]”
  • Ensure that the subject line clearly reflects the content and purpose of the email.

Add Email Invoice Body:

  • Find the text box for Email Invoice Body.
  • Customize the body of the email to include any necessary information. Consider including:
    • A brief message thanking the recipient for their business.
    • A summary of the invoice details, such as the invoice number, date, and total amount.
    • Instructions for payment or any relevant terms and conditions.

Add Email Invoice Footer:

  • Scroll down to find the Email Invoice Footer section.
  • Include any necessary footer information that should appear at the end of your invoice emails. This might include:
    • Your company’s contact information (phone number, email, address).
    • Legal disclaimers or terms and conditions.
    • A note encouraging recipients to reach out with any questions.

Accessing Email Settings

To configure your email settings, follow these steps to access the Email Login:

Navigate to the Home Screen:

  • Open the application and ensure you are on the Home Screen.

Locate the Email Login Option:

  • Look for the Email Login button or link, usually found in the navigation menu or settings section.
  • This option may also be labeled as Email Settings, Email Configuration, or something similar.

Click on Email Login:

  • Click the Email Login button to access your email settings.

Email Settings Overview:

  • Once in the Email Settings section, you will typically see options for configuring your email account.
  • Key settings to look for may include:
    • Email Address: The email address associated with your account.
    • Password: The password for your email account (ensure it is entered securely).
