Settings_ Company #

General Information:

Navigate to the General Info section within the system.

Add Company Name:

  • In the Company Name field, enter the full legal name of the company.
    • Ensure that the name is accurate and reflects the official name used in business documentation.

Add Company Logo:

  • In the LOGO field, drag and drop an image file of the company logo from your files.
    • Ensure the logo is in a supported format (e.g., PNG, JPEG) and is of high quality for clarity.
    • Adjust the image if necessary to fit the designated area.

Input Additional Company Information:

  • Provide the following details in their respective fields:
    • Website: Enter the company’s official website URL.
    • Phone #: Input the primary contact phone number for the company.
    • Company Logo: (If separate from the upload) Specify the file name or path for the logo if needed.
    • Primary Contact Name: Enter the name of the main point of contact within the company.
    • Primary Contact Phone: Provide the phone number for the primary contact.
    • Primary Contact Role: Input the job title or role of the primary contact within the company.
    • Primary Contact Signature: Upload a digital signature or input a signature image of the primary contact (if applicable).

Input Billing Address:

  • Provide the company’s billing address in the specified fields:
    • Street: Enter the full street address for billing purposes.
    • Zip Code: Input the zip code associated with the billing address.
    • City: Enter the city for the billing address.
    • State (ST): Specify the state abbreviation (e.g., NY for New York, CA for California).
